Hi, Dick! We believe that people buy our flour because it is the best quality available. We'll be disappointed if some folks change their mind due to a change in packaging, but we're quite pleased with our new logo and think most people who don't like it right away will come to appreciate it in time. This will join a long line of logos that we've had over the past 230 years, each of them unique. Happy baking!
