specialty cake making/decorating. The quality has always been excellent. I've also visited the website many times when looking for information on various specialty flours and other baking items. After reading through some of the comments I looked back at the old logo and while it's interesting, it also seems more like something that reflects the 200+ year history of King Arthur Flour, not the future of King Arthur Baking Company in the 21st century. Not to mention that in 2020 the logo of a white knight on horseback may have negative connotations for many people of various ethnic or racial groups. I don't find the new logo bland, just different. Thank you for always being a great resource.
