I also have been a long time user of King Aurthur for many, many years. I have nothing but the greatest esteem and admiration for your whole employee owned company, and have always wanted to write to you folks and tell you the same. But, (you knew the but was coming), changing your name I agree with you 100% as you are definitely more than just the best flour compamy in the world, you are bakers!! But, changing your Logo away from King Arthur to a wheat crown, (see you don't even have to capitalize the wheat crown), but I always capialize "King Authur". I feel our country is loosing one of it's great traditions. Thanks for taking the time to listen to me rant.
