Hi, Paula! The virtues of King Arthur are still how we feel about our flour, and are still reflected in our name. The knight was one way to exemplify that, and the crown another. While we can understand it's not to everyone's taste, we hope that something as small as our packaging was never the reason you called us your favorite, and that the strength and purity of our flour will continue to bring joy to the lives of bakers everywhere.
