Our team begins catalog production months in advance, which is common in order to ensure the finished version is produced and sent on time. As with so many things, the pandemic has created unanticipated challenges with processes we'd normally have been able to count on. That includes the availability of certain products, including our Lemon Magic Cake Mix, that we’d originally believed would be in stock right now.
