Well, am both surprised and sadly, not surprised, to see the negative comments. Surprised that people are concerned about the name change: the new name accurately reflects a move from 'flour' to 'baking.' Perhaps only those who buy KA at the supermarket think it's only about flour?
As for the "political" comments regarding the logo: admit, not fond of the new logo but recognize the need for a logo design to accommodate all sizes and to be reviewed every once in awhile to allow for the recognition that times evolve. Sad that any change is now viewed in light of politics. For myself, never noticed the logo - just went for the name and the quality that name reflects. Now - when I find out that any product KA offers comes from a source that destroys forests or threatens other environments - - - then I look elsewhere.
