I have only been acquainted with this company for approximately 9 months and I often wondered why they referred to themselves as only a flour company when they have such a large variety of baking products. Now the company name is more reflective of what they have to offer consumers. The crown is nice looking, however I do miss the horse and knight, maybe they can keep the name and add them back sometime in the future. When I glance at the crown the middle portion is similar to a knights helmet. Just my 2 cents! I will continue to shop at this company as they have wonderful products and I have made several purchases for other family member's as gifts.
