Hi, Melissa! Nailing down a really great grain-free yeast bread is (to stick with the King Arthur metaphors for the moment) like the Holy Grail of recipe development. Our standards are super high and we will never put out a recipe we don't believe in 100%. Because of this, we don't have a lot of recipes like this just yet! But there are definitely some breads that lend themselves well to grain-free baking, even though they're not the classic sandwich loaves folks might think of at first. Our Grain-Free Cheddar Pan Bread is one. Using the Paleo Baking Flour in recipes like Irish Soda Bread is another option. (Adding an extra egg will help give it a really nice texture!) In the meantime, we'll keep hunting for that grail for you. Know that when we do come out with a paleo yeast bread recipe, it will be a tried-and-true recipe that you can trust with your whole heart.
