Hi, Scott! While once upon a time we were exclusively a flour company, we've been so much more than that for some time now. We could have kept a name that didn't reflect our wide variety of ingredients, the recipes and support we offer, our baking school and bakery, and more ... but we'd rather have a name that encompasses all that we do to empower bakers and that inspires us to do more for the baking community.
