Your company, passion, recipes and advice are without parallel. I thank you for all you've done for my baking and those that benefit from it. I will miss the eponymous logo however; such a hallmark of the brand. The name change is due and fitting but it is tough to lose the King Arthur icon......Especially for its Arthurian attributes: "purity, loyalty, honesty, superior strength, and a dedication to a higher purpose." Also losing the wheat sheaths and the sentiment "Baking with joy since 1790" created a logo with sentiment that needed no explanation.
Nonetheless, I will always be a huge fan, embrace the new and still call you KAF ;)
