Disappointed my earlier post was apparently not acceptable because I am not excited about the change of logo. At least, please acknowledge it’s ok to prefer the previous one and that I’m not being censored. Thank you. By the way, I love your company, your bread recipes, your Isolation Baking Show, and your other videos! I use your organic bread flour and all purpose flour, have made sourdough starter according to your instructions, and am enjoying baking again after a number of years! Thank you!
