Hi, Brandi, Try mixing your powder with only a SMALL amount of the egg/milk mixture to form a heavy paste. Gradually add more liquid, mixing each time to keep it smooth. When you have a blend that's fairly liquid, you can add it to the rest of the egg/ milk. It should be fine. It sounds wonderful to have your own cocoa beans- no putting up with FLAT TASTING DUTCHED cocoa.
That stuff is so disappointing- never produces a deep, rich taste. I'm going to buy beans!
