Hello,
If my recipe calls for using natural cocoa powder and the recipe has equal parts of baking soda and baking powder in it (1/2 tsp each) and 3/4 cup buttermilk can I replace the natural cocoa powder with dutched cocoa powder without making any other recipe substitutions?
We all ( family and friends) like the dutched cocoa better in chocolate recipes.
