I have never noticed types of Cocoa and have often been dissatisfied with the results I get when making a chocolate cake. Consequently I rarely make them any more! I do remember the cakes my older sister made having a lot more flavour. Even using the same recipe I cannot replicate the taste!
I live in North Queensland Australia and we don’t appear to have access to King Arthur products. What a shame, but the article certainly was informative, so I may be able to sort something out with the brands we have here. Thanks a lot. I’m glad I came across this article and have shared it with my grandkids!!
