Hi Fran, the same tips apply, but keep in mind that gluten-free breads and other baked goods tend to dry out and stale more quickly than regular breads, so you may want to slice and freeze whatever portion you're not able to consume within 24 hours. After that first day, gluten-free breads are likely to be best enjoyed toasted.
