I bought one of your large beeswax wraps recently and just this week started using it to wrap the Multigrain Sourdough Boule that I make every week. So far (4 days), the loaf is very fresh and shows no sign of mold starting. Of course, the crust is softer due to moisture migration but the crumb is uniformly moist & tender. I really like the beeswax wrap!
