Another benefit to owning an Ankarsrum mixer is the scrapper that constantly scrapes the side of the bowl as it spins. Sometimes a thin film remains that the scrapper doesn't get, so I use the supplied hand held dough cutter/scrapper to place against the inside of the bowl as it spins & it gets it all incorporated very well. Very minimal residue left on the bottom when bowl is emptied. Made a large batch of 210 CC cookies yesterday, requiring 4 cups of butter to be creamed along with the sugars & it worked very well. So happy with my tank the Ank!
