I'm a Virginia gal now living in the UK. I'm sure that I'm not the only American Expat who relys on your tutorials and fantastic advice. However "over here" things are, as you can well imagine, done differently. Any chance that you could add measurements that comply with what is used "across the Pond"? For instance, butter does not come in sticks, everything is measured on scales. It sure would be a blessing to have this available!
