I have been using white whole wheat pastry flour in place of some or all of white flour because white whole wheat pastry flour tastes milder to me than whole wheat flour. Items made with just whole wheat flour have a taste I don't care for, but I do want to incorporate whole grains. I don't believe I have ever tried white whole wheat flour. Would that taste as mild? Thank you, anxious to try some new recipes.
