This article is completely false. Using white whole wheat flour completely changed the 3 different types of cookies I made. I added more liquid, as recommended in this article, but the cookies came out hard, too crunchy, gritty, and basically, no one wanted to eat them. I didn't say why they tasted that way, but I completely disagree that you can use wheat flour in a regular recipe. Pretty much ruined all my Christmas cookies. We threw most of them away.
