I want to substitute red whole wheat flour in the NYT baked Apple Cider Donut recipe (it calls for 225 gr AP flour). I plan to bake the batter in my Mini bunt cake pan, to make 6 mini cakes.
Can you advise on any modifications I need to make? Is what results can I expect?
