Hi Grace, I think it would work fine to freeze the orange juice in 1/4 cup quantities, and thaw out overnight in the refrigerator. You can let the juice sit out at room temperature for a bit to warm it up before adding to your bread recipe. If you wanted to use an ice cube tray to freeze the juice, two cubes would be equivalent to about 1/4 cup of juice. I would transfer the cubes to an airtight container once the juice is fully frozen.
