I keep meaning to try the orange juice trick to make the whole wheat taste less whole wheat-y lol but I don't really drink a lot of orange juice so never have any on hand. I could've sworn I saw a comment or a blog somewhere about freezing it? Is that a good idea? I can't get over how I would portion it out and I assume you'd have to melt it or you'd end up with overly cold dough...

I'm definitely overthinking this, but would love any advice!
