I saw your recipe, but it has a problem that's unfortunately common to many on-line bread machine recipes: it doesn't say the size! I have a small (one pound) model, so I can't really just try things and see how it works, since a larger loaf could make a big mess. That's why I've stuck to the recipes included in the Zojirushi manual.

I'll try again with the white whole wheat flour and see if I can figure out why it isn't working.
