I'm using a Zojirushi bread maker and like both their white and whole wheat recipes, but would like to try with white whole wheat flour. I tried their whole wheat recipe with just replacing the flour, but it didn't work (the loaf rose and fell). I've tried a couple of more times, adjusting things, but can't get it right. I thought the white whole wheat would be a straight replacement for "regular" whole wheat, but maybe not? Any suggestions?
