I have been working on my no kneed sourdough (King Arthur recipe), I tried subbing in whole wheat flour and it was very dense. Is there a better way to make whole wheat sourdough? I did read the recs indicating subbing in only a little at a time and adding slightly more liquid. Is there a different recipe all together I should try?
