I have been using the NYTimes sourdough recipe to make my bread using your whole wheat (300 grams) and your bread flour (700 grams). The recipe calls for 750 grams of water. How would your advice to add more water (2 teaspoons of water for every cup of flour) convert into grams? Thank you!
