Hi Leah, I'm a reader, too, not affiliated with King Arthur. I liked this blog post, as well, and even though I'm much older than you are, your words resonated with me. I want to try some of these beautiful recipes, too. I started baking bread by hand when I was 18 or 19 and found baking to be a lifelong productive and creative outlet – not to say tasty.
