omg! i am having trouble with my starter! i got it to rise 2 days ago. i cut my water down when feeding it bc it got too watery. i get tiny bubbles on the bottom, and if looking down i have a few bigger bubbles, but not as many as i see in all the photos? i assume those are robust healthy starters? i want mine like that!
what can i be doing wrong? (ps. next i will try adding bread flour, but in the mean time i feed and discard)!
do you have any other advise please?
