I am using the starter that I ordered from King Arthur since the one I had started from your recipe and followed exactly did not work very well. Since I baked my loaf and this one came out great, I now have the starter in the crock in the fridge, do I need to feed it weekly or should it go for a longer period? It really doesn't grow much in the fridge. Also, do I need to clean the crock each time I feed it? Thank you
