Hi there, Drew! We're glad to hear that your bread is turning out lovely but we're sorry the flavor isn't quite right! We'd suggest feeding your starter with some whole grain flour for the next couple of feedings. This can help increase the flavor of your bread. You can also try only feeding the starter every 24 hours instead of every 12. We hope this helps!
