I just purchased my KA starter and am waiting for it to arrive. I didn't see whole grain rye flour on your site, so I ordered some organic rye flour on Amazon, then realized it doesn't say whole grain, it says stone milled from the whole grain, medium rye . I want to start out as successfully as possible. Should I save this rye flour and find one that says whole grain rye, or is this fine? As you can tell, I'm very new to baking and am not sure of the differences. Thank you for your help.
