I am growing starter, 120 grams flour and water to 1/2 cup reserved starter. When I get to the point of baking, I meant to make sourdough foccacoa recipe found in your recipes. It calls for 1 1/2 cups starter. How do I reach this amount? Do I feed without discarding to get that amount of starter? I don't want to deplete starter.
