This story really made me smile today. As a gay and transgender man who has been thinking about the direction I want to take my life in post “coming out” (like you said- its been more of a decade+ thing than a single event), I’ve been thinking about how much joy and worth baking has given my life, and considering pastry school. Thank you for the encouragement and hope.
