Oh, how I love English Toasting bread! But, since my discovery of gluten intolerance I sigh. My question is can I bake this bread with gluten free flour? Will it taste similar? I understand the gluten won't be there to hold it together, but the flavor.......just asking? Thank you kindly, Dianna, from Maine!
