I would think so if the flour is in an air-tight canister or container. If you open it and it smells rancid or moldy, then please do not use it. I just baked some bread rolls and the rolls tasted really delicious! The flour I used had an expiry date of 8/6/2022 [today is 11/8/2022] but the flour is in an air-tight canister (Tupperware) inside the pantry.
