Hi Monica, we're sorry to hear you weren't able to find an expiration date on your Paleo flour! All our products should include an expiration date and lot number somewhere on the packaging, but occasionally this can be missed. Please give us a call at 800-827-6836 so that we can help resolve this issue with you. We're here M-F from 9am-9pm EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm EST.
