Hi JJ, we generally don't recommend using out of date whole grain flour (unless it's been stored in the freezer or refrigerator), but it won't hurt you as long as there are no signs of bugs, mold or moisture damage. If the flour smells good and looks good, it should be safe to use in your baking.
