I found a bag of your Organic Bread Flour while cleaning my freezer. The expiry date is October 2021. It's been in the freezer since I bought it last August. Is there any chance I can still use it? I am unable to get any more King Arthur Flour where I live (Hong Kong). I use it mostly for sourdough bread.
