Due to the yeast shortage my local super market bought in bulk - large bulk. They then packaged the yeast in smaller, plastic covered compote containers, about 1/8 of a cup in volume. No best buy date was on these cups. I have transferred my yeast in an airtight, gasket equipped glass bottle which I store in the refrigerator. How long might I expect it to remain good?
