Thank you! I will be the star of next Friday's Virtual Happy Hour with the bakery as my background. Although my bannetons are smaller, my sourdough bread is a hit with my friends and neighbors. I leave it by their front door, press the doorbell an obnoxious number of times, and run away. Just like I did as six-year-old!
