Hi Stacia, yeast has been in and out of stock on our site, so check back here frequently. We won’t be shipping out our starter until shipping nation-wide isn’t so bogged down, because with how delayed shippers are right now, including FedEx, which we use, starters would die before they get to folks. So it isn’t that we’re out of starter, it’s that we want it to actually still be vital when it arrives at your door! There isn't currently a way to be notified when that shipping resumes, so again, check back on the site once national shipping has returned to a quicker pace. So for now, we have our incredibly helpful Sourdough Baking Guide to make one at home.
