I was very excited to see your recipe for 1 layer cake.
I gave it a try, but was disappointed as I could taste the vegetable oil
In the recipe. A large cake is too much for two seniors, but need a recipe calling for eggs,
etc. I suppose I can use separate cake pans, making two cakes and freezing one,
Would prefer making one ( 1 layer ) cake.
