I found this chocolate cake recipe many years ago, and it was named Cockeyed Cake. This is definitely my go to chocolate cake recipe, it always comes out well, is easy to make and taste great. This recipe has a few minor differences, so should be fun to try. I’ve also found a carrot cake recipe of this type and it’s really good too.
