Do i have to let it sit in the fridge overnight? Couldn't i just bake it the day of, or let it sit in the fridge for an hour before baking it? This looks like a lovely recipe but ive been struggling to find a sourdough recipe that doesnt require 2 days of work. Thanks in advance!
