I love this recipe!

I'm still working my way towards mastering this, but the first loaf (while not perfect) was better than just about every recipe I'd tried before.

The added details (like pre-heating my dutch oven, and using a pizza peel to transfer the dough) really made a difference in the quality of the bread right from the beginning.

Still working on mastering baguettes, but my boules are turning out consistently great.
