I’m planning to make this very soon in my covered stoneware baker (Pampered Chef) and wondering if I should preheat this type of vessel for an hour and if I should also place a pan under to prevent burning? Or could I just grease the baker, line with parchment and let dough rise and bake without the 1 hour preheat? Ideas, suggestions? Thank you
