Yes Rhonda! A loaf pan is a great option for almost any bread recipe, including this one. You won't get nearly as crusty of a crust and the inside of the bread might be a little tighter with less larger holes, but we think that's great for sandwiches so we love those differences. We hope you do too when you try it out!
