Hi, Marilyn! If your dough hasn't risen at all during its overnight rise in the fridge, just take it out and let it sit a bit at room temperature to let it finish up. Since your starter was beginning to fall, it might have been a touch past its peak. Using it just before it's fully risen can help give your dough a little more get up and go. Happy baking!
