I have good starter, it was fed, had risen and was beginning to fall. I mixed the bread as the recipe stated, and was truly amazed at the change in the dough throughout the up and over process, put it in the refrigerator to do it’s bulk rise, but it never rose. I’m not sure what to do differently.
